2024 Rare Hare Rosé
Equal parts Pinot Noir from the Mornington Peninsula, and Grenache from the Pyrenees, slowly pressed to give some hours of skin contact to extract colour and a balanced light tannin grip. Fermented to dryness in 100% old French oak. This wine has lovely depth of flavour and a complexity that can cross the spectrum from aperitif enjoyment into more substantial full-flavoured or spicy dishes.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Lovely bright salmon colour
Bouquet: Poached quinces and floral aromas with a refreshing thread of dried mint.
Palate: Intense quince and rosehip flavours balanced by a crisp savoury weight from the barrel fermentation. Satisfying, complex and dry.
