Bouquet: Blackberry and raspberry aromas, with plentiful white pepper and aniseed complexity with a hint of cocoa from the oak.
Palate: The palate is soft and generous, with black fruits and savoury flavours of charcuterie, olive and pepper. The frame of powdery, fine tannins and fresh acidity gives the power of the wine the perfect balancing structure. Delicious over the next few years.
