Colour: Medium, bright red hue.
Bouquet: Fragrant sour cherry, dried herbs and floral aromas, with hints of earth and subtle oak adding complexity to the bouquet.
Palate: A riot of red fruits on the palate – raspberry, redcurrants and red cherries – with a creamy, floral thread to the flavour. Moreish, savoury tannins and well-balanced acidity gives the palate freshness and intrigue. Complex and complete already, but should reward medium term cellaring.
