Bouquet: Creamed honey, lemon meringue and hazelnut meal aromas. A complex bouquet with a hint of struck flint and subtle oak.
Palate: Intense citrus flavours with a restrained flint and nutty textural element gives a beautiful balance to the palate, with the natural acidity providing length along with a complexing hint of biscuity oak. Has power to reward time in the cellar.
