Colour: Medium, bright red hue.
Bouquet: Aromas from the whole bunch fermentation of dried mint, Campari, blood orange and charcuterie overlay the rhubarb and strawberry fruit.
Palate: The palate belies the savouriness of the nose, with voluminous fruit in the front and mid-palate, and a lovely silky tannin structure. Beautifully fresh and balanced in texture, this is perfect drinking over the next 3-5 years.
